Since debuting as a top-down action-adventure game on the PlayStation 1 and PC in 1997, GTA has evolved into a third-person open-world extravaganza totalling 15 titles across multiple platforms, including the PlayStation, Xbox, and even on mobile phones. One of the most revered titles in the series is 2002's Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
Hopefully an option/mod is created soon to stop it from automatically adjusting itself. For the case of Vice City it would also be nice to have an option to play with the old control scheme on PC where the crosshair was always on screen and the direction of the player always followed the movement of the mouse.
Tap faster if you need to take sharper corners. - Always keep an eye out on your plane, the nose tends to "go down" by itself sometimes and you will slowly lose altitude if you don't correct it. - Also always keep accelerating or the plane will just crash. just use a controller, keys to aim and move is clunky and not enough dead zone. if i still had gta v on pc i could bet no one would be able to beat me in a helicopter dogfight if i have a controller and they use a keyboard. its just not flexible enough and trust me dodging homing rockets from other aircraft are ultra easy with a controller. get The Dodo, appropriately named after the extinct, flightless bird, is the only way to take to the air in Grand Theft Auto III—a task made difficult by its clipped wings and stubborn flight controls.

Drive the plane into the people standing next to the car and you'll knock them down. Do that a few times and you'll kill them. Then carefully steer it, still on the ground, down onto the landing jetty. You can do a similar thing with the ones by the steps and just knock them down a few times to kill them.
