Having recently purchased a MK4 2.0 duratec I was keen to search the forums for real life modifications and see what other owners had fitted and the associated results. I have found many posts linking duratec tuning pages, from full on 300bhp builds to ST150 tune kits.

2014 Fusion (non hybrid) 2.5L Duratec with 32K. 2.3 (2.0) 2009 Ford Ranger head with 92k (currently in process of being fully rebuilt by my local machine shop) Crower Stage 2 cams, valve springs, and titanium retainers, new keepers and reused cam buckets. I think it's less likely for the Zetec tappets to match since the motor platform is entirely different. It's more likely that the other duratec motors, 2.3 & 2.5 including the 3.5L would probably be closer of a match since they are all based on Mazda motor design. Possibly also the ecoboost and mzr

Curious to see how these figures match up considering that it has been published that the 2.0 European Duratec head, as cast, flows enough air to develop 220 HP; the 2.3 North American Focus Duratec PZEV head is said to be if not the exact same piece, then very similar as to port shape and volumes.
